1. The offer concerns the EOS-1D Mark III and EOS-1Ds Mark III bodies. It is not transferable to other products and no cash alternative will be offered.
2. The offer consists of a one-year extension on top of the one-year Standard EWS warranty, under identical terms and conditions. This gives you a total warranty period of two years from date of purchase.
3. This offer is open to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
4. The offer is only valid where this product has been originally distributed by Canon in the countries listed above. To be able to claim the extended warranty, the products must be purchased in one of these countries.
5. To take advantage of the extended warranty you have to register the product by filling out the online entry form correctly. After registration you will receive an email confirming the receipt of registration. Canon does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost e-mail, mail or incomplete, damaged or illegible applications. Applications by fax, post, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted.
6. When making a warranty claim you must provide proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase, European EWS warranty (provided in box) and extended warranty confirmation (the email confirming the receipt of registration). Canon reserves the right to refuse free-of-charge warranty service if the above documents cannot be presented or the information contained in it is incomplete or illegible.
7. Canon is committed to protecting your privacy and any personal information supplied by you will be used by Canon solely for the purpose of this offer. Your personal data is held on secure computer and manual files and shall not be processed for any other purposes than this offer. You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your data.
